Terms and conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase. Please read them carefully to understand our policies regarding pickup, cancellations, and returns.

Order pickup and agreement

I agree to pick up my order at the time and date stated, unless I have a special agreement with W.B. Farmacy to pick it up at another time. If you do not pick up your order at the specified time, there is no guarantee someone will be here to give you your order at another time. If you need to pick up on a different day, please contact us at info@wbfarmacy.com or (931)269-9737, and we will try our best to work with your schedule.

Cancellations and uncollected orders

If you need to cancel your order, please give us a 24-hour notice, or you will be charged 20% of your order. If you do not pick up your order and do not contact us, you will be charged the full amount of the order.

Cash payment and pickup instructions

If you are paying by cash, please do not use bills higher than $20. When picking up your order, please park in front of the white fence and knock on the door of the house so we know you are there. This site is for local pick up only. We do not ship our products.

Returns and refunds

Please contact us at info@wbfarmacy or (931)269-9737 if there are any issues with your order, and we will work with you to get the item returned and a refund issued. We will need the lot number of the item and the date it was purchased. Mostly used items will not be refunded.
