The art of cold process
Creating cold process soap involves several steps. First, you must determine what you want your soap to achieve. After that, you can select the ingredients for the soap-making process. Next, prepare the lye solution and allow it to cool. Following this, melt the solid fats and mix all the fats together. If you wish to incorporate colors into your soaps, now is the perfect time to get them ready. The next crucial step is what transforms the mixture into soap; you need to emulsify the lye solution with the oils. This process is known as saponification. Add your colorants and pour the mixture into your mold! Although there are many steps involved, the process is incredibly enjoyable and ultimately better for your skin!
