Could you describe the typical steps a customer takes to place an order and how to pick up their items?
Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and complete your purchase. You'll receive an email receipt confirming your order. Following that, a text message will be sent with the exact address, day, and time for your pickup. We'll also send a reminder text on the day of your scheduled pickup.
What important details do customers need to know about scheduling and completing their pickup?
If you place your order by Wednesday, your pickup will be that Friday between 12 PM and 3 PM. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be scheduled for pickup on the following Friday, also between 12 PM and 3 PM. You will receive a text message confirming your specific pickup date.
What do you feed your chickens?
Our Chickens are fed an organic soy free diet to ensure the highest quality eggs we can. In the morning, our chickens enjoy a fermented feed along with their layer crumble. In the evening, they receive scratch and the opportunity to wander around the farm and search for bugs. We purchase our feed from Kentucky organic farm and feed.
